Louis has been involved in recruitment for almost 10 years during which time he has worked internally for Compaq as well as being Managing Supplier for NATS handling all their recruitment. This has given him the insight into knowing what clients look for and adopting a less 'salesy' approach enabling him to build long term partnerships with each of his clients.

Louis has three young sons and has been playing Rugby for Windsor first team for the last  fifteen years.

Jo is an experienced recruiter in the UK market where she enjoyed success in an account development role for Spring IT supplying such clients as BT and Rank Xerox.  

She joined The Oracle Corporation in 1997 in a hands-on role where she was instigative in building their internal contract division before joining Telstra in 2004 to run the commercial operation.
